Taylor Sheppy '17 Recruiting Profile

My goals are:

• To represent the United States in the Olympics on the Indoor or Outdoor USA Volleyball Team (I enjoy playing both)
• To play for volleyball for Division 1 University and earn a degree in biology
• To participate in many extra-curricular clubs in high school

Why I am a top candidate for their team:

• I am an all around player
• I love the sport and desire to always play at the higher level
• I have been told many times that I am coachable and have a great upside

What makes me different:

• I can play every position exceptionally well
• I am a motivator and leader
• I was the main reason why Chandler Prep changed the rules and made it possible for freshman to be on a Varsity squad
• At Chandler Prep, the curriculum is very prestigious and the learning level is one of the best in the state. Many students are offered academic scholarships and we have visits from colleges throughout the school year because of the outstanding scholastic program
• I can always be pushed and play better even when I think I am playing my best. The better athletes I play with, the better I play. I feel like the sky is the limit.
• I have endurance. I play my best after playing for hours. When everyone else seems to get tired in a game, I play better and better as it goes.
