My goal is to play collegiate volleyball and earn a degree. I will be a high school senior in fall 2016 and am thinking of majoring in sociology. Right now I have a 3.8 weighted GPA; I take my education very seriously. I am starting my seventh year of playing volleyball and have been playing club for five. My first year of club I was my team's setter and learned a lot about the sport from that experience. Since then I have been a middle hitter and opposite hitter. The past three seasons I started as a freshman, sophomore, and junior on my school's varsity volleyball team where I am a middle hitter. As a freshman, I finished the school season 16th in the state of Arizona for blocks. Additionally, I play on my school's varsity basketball team which I feel is contributing to my strength and conditioning. I also train at Northern Arizona University to lift and condition just as a college athlete would. I would be able to help a college level team with my athleticism and competitiveness.
