My collegiate goal would be to play volleyball in college. This is an aspiration of mine because volleyball is a huge part of my life and it is something that I love to participate in. I'm a great candidate because I always try to cheer on my teammates and I always have a positive attitude. The reason I started to play volleyball was because my sister started to, so my parents thought that I should do it also. I began in 5th grade on a rec team and played on a competitive ymca team for a couple years. I then played middle school volleyball 6-8th grade and I received the mvp award for my team in 7th and 8th grade. As for club, I have played it since I was 12 and have played on 4 different clubs, including the one I am on currently. During my club experience, I have played as a setter, outside, defensive specialist, and right side, so I know all positions very well. My grades have always been A's with a B here and there and I like to challenge myself with Honors classes. I also participated in Marching Band during my freshman year and also played high school volleyball , and managed all A's, while taking on honor classes. I also made the JV and Varsity team my freshman year. As I have said, it would be a dream come true to play at a college level. I am coachable, positive, consistent, and I have fun.
