Thank you for taking the time to show interest in my profile. My name is Brigette Waldrup and I am a senior at Esperanza High School in Anaheim, CA. Some of my highly noticeable characteristics are my ability to control the ball well, my aggressive attitude on the court, my great work ethic, and my heart for the game. This past high school season, I started as Libero and was named Second Team All-League, a Yorba Linda Hot Shot, highlighted in the "OC Varsity" section of the OC Register, named one of Orange County's Top Athletes of 2013, and received an award for Most Valuable Player. For club, I play at Tstreet Volleyball Club in Irvine, CA. I was named Player of the Month by my 15's, 16's, and 17's coach for three years in a row at Tstreet. In total, I have played five years of club. As for my academics, I have always been and continue to be diligent in my studies, maintaining a 3.8 or higher GPA. An academic accomplishment that I was very proud of achieving this year was making it in the top 10% of my class. I am interested in pursuing a degree in either Biology or Engineering. I would like to challenge myself with the honor of playing in a competitive college program that is strong in academics too. Please contact me if I appear to be a good fit for your program or if you are interested in obtaining more information about me.
