Grace Johnson '17 Recruiting Profile

     I am a 5’10’’ Libero and an extremely hard working, versatile player.  I have successfully played all positions  (besides middle blocker) giving me insight and court smarts in the game. 

     During high school season I work as the varsity setter/opposite.  This past season I was recognized twice as all tournament MVP, first in the Dan Qualm Memorial tournament and then again at the Gabrielino Varsity Fall Invitational.  When the season concluded I received the All League MVP and have been selected Captain for the 2016 season.  I have been a varsity starter through out my high school career. 

       Although I successfully played outside/ all around during 2013 and 2014 (captain) club seasons, my passion is passing and I am pursuing a libero/DS position in college.

    I am a scholar athlete with a GPA of 4.17 and a student rank of 24 out of527 students.  I am a member of student government where I spend much of my time outside of volleyball planning and attending activities and functions. I am extremely passionate about volleyball and forever and always want it to be a part of my life.
