Haley Alexander '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Haley Alexander, I am a junior at Norco High School in Norco, California. This is my third year on varsity.  My freshman year, I was awarded the coach’s award, and last season I was picked for the second team all-league. My sophomore year I played and started as an opposite/setter, and this year I am playing as a setter. Also, this year I am captain of the varsity team.  I enjoy the leadership role that comes with the setting position, it helps me to be the best teammate I can be. I have been playing volleyball for 6 years now, I started as an outside hitter, and during my 13’s year I transitioned to setter.

In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, going to sporting events, the beach, the lake, and spending time with my family. Family has played a huge role in my life, and our lifestyle has influenced my life immensely. I was raised to be a strong, responsible and respectful young lady, and I believe I hold that standard to myself everyday with everything I do. Academically, I maintain a 4.0, and both my freshman and sophomore year I was on the all-league academic team.
