Aspen Luedtke '14 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Aspen Luedtke. I'm a freshman at Palomar College. I live in Oceanside California, and I am a 5'9 starting setter however I also play opposite front row at times. I have been playing varsity all through high school, became captain as a Freshmen, recieved All League 2nd team, All League First Team and was voted mvp all three years I have played. I have always had dreams of being a college athlete first in swimming and now in volleyball. I believe that cross training is the biggest help to becoming a great athlete which is why I have been lifting weights with my coach 4 times a week since I was a freshman. I would like to play at a D2 or NAIA school; basically where ever the highest level of play is available to me. I'm open to any type of school but my biggest goal would be to play my upcoming year and be a big help to a team. I've always played up (18's since I was 14) so I would like to keep being challenged physically. My favorite motto would have to be, "The day you take off is the day your opponent gets better." because its the one thing that keeps me focused on being the best.
