Personal Statement
I have loved volleyball from the first time I played it 6 years ago. Since then, I have played volleyball year round including school, club, and summer club and this last summer I also played at a Summer camp at Stanford for passing. I have dedicated all of my time to volleyball and school and love every second of it, I definitely want to play in college and do not want my volleyball career to end after High School. College Volleyball can teach me so much more and make me love the sport even more. I am eager to learn and play this sport at the college level.
My ultimate career goal is to be a Pharmacist. I am very determined to become something in my life and have always wanted to work in the medical field. I want to major in Biology and then go on for further studies to become a Pharmacist. In the classroom, I am a good student and have kept a really good GPA. I am also involved in the Student Council as the Secretary and a part of Link Crew to help incoming Freshmen adjust to High School. I love being involved in school by being in clubs and playing a sport. I find education to be extremely important, which is why I have my goal set for Pharmacy. I want to attend a school where both volleyball and education are taken seriously.
I hope one day that I will be able to balance my job as a Pharmacist along with maybe coaching Volleyball for High School and inspiring other teen girls to want take both education and volleyball as seriously as I do. I hope I can have a part in making them love the sport as much as I do.
