Catherine Balfanz '19 Recruiting Profile

My desire is to play for a highly competitive team at the collegiate level.  I am extremely competitive, hard working and driven to be the best athlete/volleyball player possible.  Losing is not an option and I enjoy motivating my team to play to win, however I am quick to move past my mistakes made in a game and move on to the next point quickly.  I take constructive criticism well and am open minded when being instructed by my coaches and trainers.  My dad has always taught me that attitude is everything and if you play to win,  you will.

Academics is also very important to me.  I have maintained no less than a 3.2 GPA in all of my academic history.  I play hard on the court and I work hard in the classroom.

I see myself improving each year as I grow and mature and I am excited about what the future holds for me.
