Personal Statement

I have been playing volleyball since the summer of 2010 (5 years); and ever since 2012, I started to play at the elite level at 951 Elite Volleyball Club. At that time I had already been in strength and conditioning training at the Prodigy Athletes facility. As I commenced on an elite level I had already started to develop my quickness at Prodigy. At the end of my season on the 14-1's team I had moved facilities and began training at Dynamic Fitness High Performance Kinesiology with my trainer Kevin Duenas.

I am 5’1” and a starting libero on my 17-1’s club team. Before going to 951, I had started at Viper Volleyball Club on a 12-2’s team where I was an all round player.

I was a starting DS as a freshman on my JV team at Vista Murrieta High School. Right after high school season ended I had made the 15-1’s team as a DS/Setter and ended up being the starting LIbero.

My Sophomore year I was on JV again, but this time the starting Libero the whole season. Our team ended up placing 2nd in our League. After high school season had ended, I worked hard to make 951 Elite's 16-1's and was the starting Libero for most of the year. My Junior year came around and I had made my high school's Varsity team as a DS. I am now a starter on 951 Elite's 17-1's team as a starting Libero and plan on keeping it that way through hard work and work ethic.

I wish to end up in a great college as I get older with high hopes of getting a scholarship. Although getting a scholarship would be wonderful, I want to be in a college where I can get a great education in the Medical Field (Nursing) and the highest volleyball level I can compete at.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
