Personal Statement
I am the setter you want on your team! Recruit me! I will be your hardest working player with respect for my coaches and my team! Please ask ANY one of my teachers or my coaches at La Salle or volleyball club FORZA 1 West about who I am! I am encouraging to my team and want to be a role model on and off the court. I am different because my work ethic is second to none. My goal as a setter is to lead my team and give them the best opportunities to play their "A" game. My passion is volleyball! I love God, my family and my team! I love being with my teammates and working together, helping one another hone our skills. I want to use volleyball to further my education and give back to the sport that I love so much! I am going to get a teaching degree and go into coaching where I can teach young kids about the game that helped me learn to be a better student, athlete and person. I got a taste of coaching while helping manage my La Salle High School boys volleyball program. I enjoyed getting to see the coaching side of the game and will use this insight to be a better and smarter player. Volleyball has been a great motivator for me to work hard, stay focused in academics and never give up on my dream of playing at the highest level of competition in college. I am hungry and determined to reach my goals! I will bring out the best in my team!
