Tessa Marocco '22 Recruiting Profile

My main goal is to play in college. I always strive to put forth my best efforts whether I am at a tournament or practice. I pick up on new things fast and I truly care about the teams I play for. Whether I'm playing for a D1 team or D3 team, I will help push my team to become the best they can be. I have so much experience and a very high volleyball IQ. From starting at a young age, to still be playing and loving the game of volleyball, I'm still learning new things everyday. I'm playing different positions I've never played before and I'm learning to love them. What makes me different from other recruits is I'm willing to play any position and I'm happy with wherever I'm put. I will try my hardest to know positions and different rotations like the back of my hand. Being a student athlete for almost 4 years, I know and understand how to balance my schoolwork with my sports. I am a high jumper and I always focus on my defense from front row to back row. Defending the court is one of my biggest priorities, being a player of all positions.
