Megan Graefe '15 Recruiting Profile

For as long as I can remember I've had a volleyball in my hands. I was asked to fill  in on a rec league team when I was in 4th grade. My team won the championship tournament, and I was hooked. I'm now in my 7th year of club volleyball, having completed my fourth season as a starter for the Greeley (CO) Central Wildcats. I was named All Northern Conference as a junior and senior. As a senior I was among the state leaders in digs and kills, and I just learned that I have been selected to play in the Colorado Senior Showcase this summer. Teammates, opponents, and coaches have used terms like "athletic", "explosive", and "instinctive" to describe my play. I've always found success on the volleyball court and that I'm happiest when I'm competing. My sincere hope is to use my talents in the game I love to help me attend college and pursue a degree.

I am now attending Eastern Florida State College and pursuing my volleyball career. I am a sophomore now. I ended my freshman season as an academic all-American and NCAA I all conference honorable mention.
