Naomi Starr '22 Recruiting Profile

I am a strong competitor, mentally and physically.  I represent leadership qualities both on and off the court that will contribute to the team and I's success. I know my potential in athletics and academics are constantly growing. I am a hard worker and love being pushed.  I am passionate and determined. Growing up as a military child, I learned to be open to change and how to remain flexible to new opportunities and overcome challenges. I enjoy challenges and view problems as just another opportunity for growth. I love the sport of volleyball. I am so blessed to have been given the opportunity to play this beautiful sport. It has helped my mindset in life for the better. After my high school career, I aspire to go to school studying the field of medicine. I am seeking an opportunity to play at the collegiate level because I feel that I will soar as an athlete. My versatility and athleticism allow me to play many positions on the court. I like to consider myself an all-around player, offensively and defensively, ranging from a middle blocker to back row.
