~~Hello! My name is Sarah and I am a hard working student athlete with two things I am very much looking forward to; my college education and ability to play volleyball at the college level! I am a very versatile volleyball player. In my five years of playing, I have been a setter, a right side hitter, an outside hitter and a defensive specialist.
I absolutely LOVE volleyball and was named captain for my senior year at Waterford High School (CT)! In the off seasons, I have attended camps and clinics to improve my volleyball skills. I have also played on the Velocity Volleyball travel team for several years. I am a very positive person and do as much as I can to better myself and motivate others around me, whether it pertains to school or volleyball. I excel in school and maintain a 3.2 GPA. Being from Connecticut, my hobbies include both winter and summer sports and activities. I am fortunate to have family with a ski house in Vermont and enjoy both snow skiing and snowmobiling during the winter months. During the summer months, I enjoy the beach and travel yearly to North Carolina to spend time on their beaches with my family.
I am excited for my senior year of high school and to start making plans to attend college next fall! I plan to obtain my college degree in nursing so I can spend many years helping and motivating people to do and be their best!
