2013 HighlightsPersonal Statement
~~My name is Raquel Kulak and I am a junior at Melbourne Central Catholic High School in Melbourne, Florida.
My goal is to play volleyball at a highly competitive school where I can learn and grow physically and mentally. I also know that I will be able to make a positive contribution to the team immediately.
In my years at Melbourne Central Catholic, I have maintained at least a 3.8 GPA receiving Cum Laude Honors. Additionally I volunteered at a number of facilities in Melbourne, including a Food Pantry and a Thrift Shop that raises money to support the pantry. I volunteer over 50 hours each year. I have maintained a starting position on the varsity volleyball team beginning my freshman year.
In college I would like to continue excelling in a multifaceted way: with academic success, giving back to the community and dominating on the court! After playing volleyball at the collegiate level, I would like to play professionally.
