My name is Kierston Giesey. For me, volleyball is my happiness. Volleyball is what motivates me to become the better version of myself. I began my volleyball journey during my freshman year of high school in 2019.  I have been training to play the best offense and defense I can in order to benefit my game, but most importantly our game as a team. I have trained year round since being introduced to volleyball; getting as much practice in as possible, working out, running, private hitting lessons,  and just always keeping my hands on the ball in some way. Through my journey so far with volleyball, I have learned leadership skills, communication skills, hard work, and making sure to set goals for my future. I can confidently say that I have a very hard work ethic and I will continue to work hard and keep my hustle going in order to reach those goals. As far as my academics go,  I have maintained a weighted 4.1 GPA - taking AP,  honors, & dual enrollment classes. In the upcoming future, I hope to play volleyball in college, while maintaining that high GPA, where I would love to major in business.  It would be my pleasure to have an opportunity to play volleyball in college and I will continue to improve my skills to become the best version of myself, on and off the court.
