Hi and thank you for checking my profile, My name is Isabella Rangel and I was born in Venezuela and moved to florida at the age of 8. I am a libero for class of 2023. I have played volleyball since I was 8 years old, and every year I play this sport the more and more I love it. When I step on the court I am not only trying to make myself a better athlete, but also my team. I am a well-rounded player, I am able to play any position in the back row or front row. When I am playing, if it's practice or a game, I am a team leader. I try to encourage my teammates and always have an overall good attitude while playing. I am very coachable, and anything you tell me I would try my best to fix it right away. I strive everyday to be the best player I can be. I am searching for the best high-level volleyball and academic greatness. I love to be challenged not only while playing but academically and I am willing to work hard for what I want to achieve.

- Physical Training
- 2 years
- I been doing Physical Training with Cheyenne Barraez for the past 2 years. The first year I would only do it 1-2 times a week. But since march of 2020 I have been doing Monday-Saturday. The training consists of going to the gym and track field and doing endurance training and strength training. Since of COVID-19 sometimes were only able to meet 2-3 times a week, so the rest of the week I workout by myself at home with workouts he sends be or I come up with my own.
