Personal Statement
I spent most of my life playing competitive club soccer since I was 4 years old. In the 7th grade, I decided to try out for my school volleyball team. After that season, I was hooked and fell in love with the sport of volleyball. Winning the Coweta County Middle School Championship in the 8th grade really boosted my volleyball career. After this, I became really focused on improving my game by committing to play at the club level at the highest classification. I’ve learned multiple things about myself through this process. I’ve become more vocal and expressive. I’ve learned to never give up on what you want to achieve that maximum effort, great communication and leadership create success. My academic goals are to maintain at least a 3.8 GPA while taking AP/Advanced classes in high school. I plan to have at least 10 colleges narrowed down by the completion of my sophomore year. I will continue to serve my community through my church and hope to have the same opportunity in college. I plan to maintain a high level of character and continue to mature because I believe I have what it takes to become a leader on a college team!
