My name is Abby Schebel. I have been playing volleyball since I was eleven years old. Since I first stepped on the court, I aspired to play at the collegiate level. I know that playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that will impact me the rest of my life. I am on outside hitter, six rotation player and have played opposite as well. I have a strong court awareness with the ability to put the ball down and a fierce jump serve. I have a strong passion for volleyball and love playing because it allows me to work as part of a team. I like being a leader and helping others succeed and accomplish their goals. Winning is extremely important to me, however; if we lose, it makes me strive to work harder to achieve my goals. While playing volleyball, I have learned, with hard work and dedication, you can achieve almost anything. In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I plan to major in nursing. I want to attend a college were I can push myself on the court and in the classroom.
