My name is Elizabeth Ganley. I am 15 years old and a sophomore at St. Teresa High School in Decatur, Illinois. I am the setter on the St. Teresa varsity volleyball team. I have been playing volleyball since I was in third grade and I have always loved the game. Some of the things I love about volleyball are the competitiveness of the game, the relationships I have with my teammates, and the thrill of winning. l am a hard worker that gives 100% effort to everything that I do, both on and off the volleyball court. I practice hard to prepare myself for every game, and I am a quick learner that is willing to take on any new challenges my coaches throw at me! I pride myself on being a good student and teammate that leads by example. This last season, as a sophomore, I was able to break the school record for assists in a single season with 820 assists. I know playing volleyball at the college level will be challenging, but over the next couple of years I will continue to work hard to prepare myself for this next step both academically and athletically. I am anxious to get the opportunity to show college coaches what kind of asset I can be to their program, as both a student and athlete. I LOOK FORWARD TO TALKING TO YOU!
