Hope Fenton '15 Recruiting Profile

My intention is to attend a 4-year University that has great academics as well as the opportunity for me to continue playing a game I love- volleyball.  My under grad experience would help to build on my ultimate goal of being a physician, with a specialty in neurology. 

Life experiences are those that include all kinds of teammates, friends, co-workers, classmates, etc., but these experiences also pertain to volleyball. I feel that when you surround yourself with those who aspire to do well, you learn from them, making yourself better while building a great team. Teamwork is anticipating others needs with whom you are playing, the sum being greater than parts. 

I have felt in my life schooling and sports takes discipline, which is why I have worked hard to be where I am in my class and being a leader as captain of my high school team.   When committed, I am in, 110%- nothing less. I want to learn and I want to be coached so that I can keep improving to support my team.
