Personal Statement

My goal is to play volleyball in college because I like the discipline, comaraderie and competition. I have been playing Varsity since my Sophomore year as a starter. I am Captain of my high school Varsity team. I play on the most competitive club in our area (Sports Performance). My club requires a high level of commitment and challenge (6 days/week) and I'm sure college will require even more and I am ready to make this commitment.

My team placed Bronze at 2016 AAU Nationals and I received "All American" award. Also, I received "All Tournament Team" award at National Junior Classic tournament.

In addition to volleyball, I am interested in studying business. I have taken two years of business classes and have earned Honor roll Sophomore, Junior year. I have held a part time job at a florist during my Sophomore and Junior year. I enjoy community work with my Youth group.
