Some of my college goals that I would like to achieve is to go to a college that will not only help me grow and learn more about volleyball, but also a college that will help me reach my academic goals of becoming a sports manager or high school athletic director. Sports have been with me my entire life and that is what I have come to know best. I would love to continue that dream of sports through managing a team, or becoming a director at a high school or college level. I know that pursuing my dream at college level schooling will help me to be a successful leader and worker in my future life.
I have attended many combines, camps, open gyms, tryouts, and different workouts. The coaches their have told me that I am a hard worker, a great leader, strive to only be better, and very coachable. For me to hear these compliments is such a great accomplishment for me, I feel as though that I have proven myself to be seen but know that I still have room to improve. My high school coach and teammates have complimented me on how great of a leader I am on and off the court. They say how my great uplifting spirit helps them to stay focused and confident when the game gets tight. I feel as though that these things entitle me to be a good candidate for your team. I am wanting to be the missing piece to your team. Whither that is a leader, DS, Libero, or a role model for your program.
Things that make me different from other players are that I am a very vocal leader who is willing to do anything I can for my team. Laying my body out for a ball that another girl missed is part of my job, I can't get mad at them because I know that I am the last resort, it's my job to get what other people throw at me. I have always been taught to play for my team not to glorify myself, but to glorify God and to lift up others with my talent and achievements.
