I am looking for a school with excellent academics and where I can play volleyball at the highest level
I have helped the Bettendorf Bulldogs to Back-Back State 5A Titles in my first two seasons as a starter. My passing graded out at 2.47/3.0, while adding 1.98 K/S with a HE of .356 and .41 Aces/S. I have been playing volleyball since I was in kindergarten at the local YMCA sporting the reversible red and blue provided jersey. I have been part of two state championship high school teams, two Iowa Regional championships, a national championship team, named to Prepvolleyball.com Frosh 59, a 2012-2013 All-Conference and AVCA Phenom List selection, I have been proud to wear a Team USA uniform at the HP Championships on an A1 team and have trained at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs USAV Holiday Camp.
My HS coach will tell you that I am different from other recruits because of my unselfish play - from PrepVolleyball.com: “She has great ball control, very good court vision, and has the ability to hit a variety of shots from both the front and back row. She was a very unselfish player on the court and I admired her for that,” says Head coach Diane Lichtenberg, who also pointed out that Pennington’s individual accolades were limited this past fall by the fact that the Bulldogs were “loaded with senior hitters.” We had 6 seniors who played, three of which were Division 1 hitting recruits.
