Karlee Scheib '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Karlee Scheib. I'm a junior from Bettendorf, Iowa. My dream has always been to go on to play volleyball at the next level after graduating high school. I stand out from the crowd because of my work ethic. I always give 100% whether my coaches are watching me or not. I strive to set an example for my teammates by being a team leader and always trying to encourage them on and off the court. It's important to me to work hard not only on the court but in practice as well, because that's where I'm going to get better. I don't let my failures pull me down, but rather I let them motivate me to work harder and become a better player. It's important to me to play not only for myself, but for my team, my family and God as well!
