Personal Statement

     My name is Madison Baxter. I am currently a junior at 5A Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.   This year our team was 39-7.   The most wins in school history. We won our conference and region and qualified for state.   I am honored that my team has twice voted and awarded me the Attitude and Effort award.  I also earned 1st team All-Metro, 1st team All Conference, 1st team All-District, and 2nd team All-State this year.  I am a hard worker and have a relentless desire to get better everyday. My goal is to play college volleyball at the highest possible level in the fall of 2019.
