Madelyn Mayeski '19 Recruiting Profile

 My goal is to play the sport I love for as long as possible.  I love the competitiveness and relationships volleyball provides.  I think I have many qualities that make me different from other players.  One, I am loud!  I have never come home from a tournament  without a sore throat.  Communication is key on the court.  Another thing that makes me different from other players is my drive to improve.  I am always asking what I can do differently and working hard on and off the court.  I also know my strengths and weaknesses.  I know I am not the tallest middle so I work my butt off to get a block up every time.  I have also been doing vertical training to help my jumping height and lateral movement.  Not only do I work hard on the court, but I also work hard in school.  Grades are important to me and school is my number one priority!
