Personal Statement

I have started my recruiting process late, but that does not mean I don't want to succeed in my volleyball career. I have known for a very long time that volleyball is a passion in my life because it is a constant way of knowing that I can be happy. Wanting to have a collegiate career has motivated me to work hard in my academics so I can hopefully go to a good school for volleyball. And I also have been working with several coaches from different national teams, and even train with my family to keep my athletic build. I would love to play at a Division One school that is known for good academics and hopefully one day, pursue a career in either architecture, advertising, or even play professionally. I hope that once you see my potential that we can move forward and maybe working together in the future. Thank you!

I started playing in third grade but did not start playing competitively till my sixth grade. I was playing as a starter all three years, but did not start club until my freshman year. However, I made the eighteens regional team at BVC or Bluegrass Volleyball Club my first time as an outside hitter. Now in my sophomore year, I am the main setter for the 17s national team at BVC. I have been training with several coaches and intend to go to several camps this summer.
