Personal Statement

Hi, I'm Cassidy Towery and I am a 5'9" OH/DS from Owensboro, Kentucky. I am a versatile six position player. I attend Owensboro Catholic High School, and I am a senior. I recently was named 3rd Region Player of the Year. I also made the all region, all district tournament teams, and the KVCA Second Team All State.

I was named to the AVCA Phenom List for 2020 Graduates two years in a row, and was named to the KVCA Preseason Watch List for 2019 as the only player in my region. My personal goal for my team this year was achieved. We won both Region and District tournaments, and made it all the way to the State tournament, which was a first for me.

I began playing volleyball in 3rd grade and have grown to love the game. It has helped me immensely on and off the court with self confidence, team building skills, and leadership abilities.

As a 2020 graduate, I'm still searching for a college and what will be the perfect fit for me.

I am a very competitive player, and always give all effort.
