Brianna Paris '18 Recruiting Profile

I would love to go to college to become a Nurse or Speech Therapist and working in the Pediatric field.  I love working with children and seeing them grow and learn along the way.  I would love to also play volleyball at the college level. I have been playing since 7th grade and have attended many summer camps\clinics, summer league and also play on a winter club team. I also play basketall and softball.  I'm a well rounded student, but my love for volleyball exceeds and when I'm talking about playing my eyes light up and can't get enough playing time.   I always have a volleyball in my hands. I'm a versatile player, playing my primary position of Right Side, secondary position of Setter but also able to move into the positions of OH and Middle Blocker.  2016 was Captain for my Varsity Team and was chosen to be on the CAC All Star Team - coming in second place for the serving contest.   2016/2017 Northshore Club Volleyball was chosen to be on the 18 Power Team - finishing the qualifiers in Silver.   Named MVP Award for my 2016 Volleyball Season.  Also playing softball for my school this is the 2nd year straight we have won CAC championship.  

With the help of my mother we have started a tradition with the team by setting up Pasta Night and Breakfast Morning as a Team Building. They are a huge success with the jv and varsity team and parents.

This summer I have set up 2 fundraisers for our volleyball team by holding Volleyball Clinics for girls as young as 5th graders, running skills and drills.  To help introduce them to the sport and help them getting ready for any upcoming tryouts.   I'm glad I am able to help the next upcoming player.
