Elizabeth Schoenfeld '18 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Elizabeth Schoenfeld. Volleyball has taught me so much. It has taught me how to be a successful leader and how to continue pursuing what I want. My high school volleyball team tied for first in our league this past year, and it truly brought our whole team together and it taught me about how to be a contributor to a cohesive team. Unfortunately, my high school team also lost in our first round of districts and this when I felt I learned that there will be days when not everything works out but if my team puts in its best effort and works its hardest and doesn't win thats's ok, learn from failure. My goals for the future are to play college volleyball but also have a balance between academics and volleyball. I am a perfectionist and I will never give up until I have put my best effort forward. What has helped me through school and volleyball is my solid work ethic, my extremely organized personality, and my perseverance through problems.
