• Starting volleyball conditioning at the Vantage Youth Sports Performance in June of this year. It is an intensive program that utilizes explosive exercises such as Olympic Lifts, Jump training and Speed work. This program is for the serious athlete who is looking for big results from their summer training. The high performance volleyball program also includes injury prevention programming, jump training, explosive power, first step quickness, core and systematic strength and arm speed. A typical session would include: Warm up myofascial release, muscle activation, movement prep Injury Prevention- shoulder, knee, ankle etc *Individual exercise/corrective exercise Vertimax Jump training or speed workout Olympic lifts Systematic/full body strength training Conditioning Circuit or fast paced scrimmaging
