Madeline Markley '18 Recruiting Profile

As an student-athlete, I have many dreams. In college, I would love to find a balance between academics and athletics. I am a passionate person with aspirations to study Communications with an emphasis on Journalism. In my high school I currently maintain a 3.85GPA.  I have a positive, animated spirit that has allowed me to take on many challenges in volleyball with ease. I have a lot of internal motivation to constantly improve myself, accomplish my goals and reach for new heights. I have played indoor volleyball since I was 10 and competitive club volleyball since age 12. In my more recent years as a varsity and club athlete, I have had the opportunity to play every hitting position - focusing primarily on Right side and Middle blocker. I have embraced my versatility and I intend to use it to my advantage. My dream as an athlete would be to play at the college level.
