Skills/Highlights...Personal Statement
My goal is to attend a great college as a student athlete. I started playing volleyball in third grade and have been passionate about it ever since. I believe that each practice and match is an opportunity to learn and improve my skills. My teammates would describe me as focused while being supportive and encouraging. The highlights of my volleyball career so far have been placing 9th in 16 Open and AAU Nationals last year (2013) and taking 2nd in 17 Open at President's Day in Chicago (2014) and being named to the All Tournament Team.
In the classroom, I work very hard and challenge myself by taking as many Honors and AP classes as I can. Science has always been my favorite subject and I would like to major in Biology and then go on to Veterinary or Medical School.
