2014 HighlightsPersonal Statement
To me, volleyball is not just a sport, but a passion. The more I learn about volleyball, the more fun it is. I work hard to make sure I'm doing my best at all times, I'm a bit of a perfectionist and strive to achieve whatever goals I have been given or set for myself. I'm a versatile athlete and can mold into situations with any team. As a teammate, I encourage and keep others' spirits up. I am optimistic and have immense drive to win! Wanting a degree in elementary education, I enjoy people and a team setting brings out my best character. I have had many coaches playing 3 high school varsity sports, so I'm flexible to many coaching styles. My academics are of course above all else, and I like to learn.
My highlights are a mix from sophomore and junior seasons. In my video for my high school team I am playing a setter my sophomore year, and an outside hitter junior year. This year, (senior year) because of my playing experience and ability I have been the libero. My sophomore year I was the starting setter for an all-state hitter. On my club team I am a DS as well. I am a very versatile player. I have played every position besides middle blocker for at least one season.

- ActivitiesI am a member of FCA and FTA, and DECA. Attend the youth group and life group classes at Lynwood Baptist Church. I have been to Joplin, MO on mission to help rebuild and serve after the tornado, and Salvador, Brazil on mission as well during the summer of 2013 to start a youth sports camp and spend time with the youth in Salvador. I have coached a youth volleyball team in a league called SMASH.
