After finishing my swimming career freshman year, I committed myself to volleyball. I can honestly say that this was the best decision I have made. Volleyball is not only my passion, but nothing makes me more happy than when I step foot in the gym and onto the court. I feel at home no matter where I am, as long as I have a ball and a net.
My dream is to play at a college where I feel challenged, yet welcomed on the court and in the classroom; a college where I can successfully say that I reached my full potential. I want my family to be proud of how hard I've worked to make a name for myself.
I am motivated, persistent, and driven for my love of this game. I have the desire and I look forward to being able to play with a group of girls with the same passion and drive as me, to be better than the player I was yesterday. I am coachable and I constantly remind myself that if I am not positive on the court or in school, nothing will be accomplished. I am very outgoing and approachable which helps me as a leader on and off the court.
I make school my number one priority by getting homework done early and studying on my nights off to maintain my GPA.
