My name is Mariah Fitzpatrick and I am from Columbia, Missouri. I go to Rock Bridge High School, which is a large 4A school. I have been playing volleyball since I was in 5th Grade at Christian Chapel Academy. After the very first day I played, I knew I had fallen in love with the sport and my greatest aspiration is to get a chance to play collegiately. I am left-handed and have played Outside, Right Side, Libero, and Setter. However, my strongest positions are Setter and Libero. I give one hundred percent every time I get a chance to practice my skills, because after all, that is the only way to improve. I believe that I am a leader on the court and in every day life. On the court I love to inspire my teammates to have energy in all circumstances (not just when we are winning.) In the classroom I am just as driven as I am on the court. I constantly strive to get the best grades I can and love to challenge myself by taking honors and Advanced Placement classes.
