Taylor Linville '18 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Taylor Linville, I attend Fort Zumwalt West High School in OFallon Mo.  I have lived in the area all my life with my loving and supportive parents and my younger sister Riley. I am currently in my junior year in high school and I am looking to further my academic career beyond my graduation in 2018.  I have been blessed to play a sport that I love, over the past six years I have had the opportunity to play and work with some of the best teammates and coaches in the St Louis area.. Over this time period, I have had the ability to play with four different club teams,  and five different head coaches, though this has been a challenge to build upon each season of play it has also allowed me the experience to learn and grow with the different styles of coaching and different teammates.  These changes has also allowed me to push myself and play different positions, depending on the need.  I have worked hard, both on and off the court, and continue to work in the off season to improve my skills with my trainer and private coach, and last year I joined our high school track team to further my conditioning. I currently am enrolled in AP classes and carry a 4.2 GPA, achieved placement on the Honor Roll the last four semesters and am a National Honors Society member since Spring16. I am currently playing with MOVA 17's Gold and am excited that I am playing with some of the same friends I started volleyball with six years ago, with our new Head Coach Stacey Atienza, I am excited to get this club season off and running.  My wish is to continue to play volleyball post high school and pursue my educational goals in accounting, exercise science or Veterinary Medicine-ok, I am undecided at this time, but I can't wait to see where the future will take me and what it has in store for me, with my dedication and hard work, it's going to be amazing...
