My name is Allie Cunningham. I am a junior at Davie County High School in Mocksville, NC. I started playing volleyball as a 8th grader at Ellis Middle School and I have loved it ever since. I am looking forward to playing volleyball in college. I think I have the drive to be an athlete and a college student at the same time. I have played and trained as a setter, hitter and libero so I think I have tremendous volleyball IQ and court awareness. I am committed to being the best volleyball player that I can be. In addition to volleyball practice 3 times a week, I train a couple times a week with a trainer to work on strength and agility. My travel team , Piedmont Mizuno 17, recently finished 1st out of 72 teams in the DC Capitol City Classic! Go Piedmont Mizuno 17!
I am also volunteering again this summer at a Forsyth Memorial Hospital in Winston Salem so I can get experience in a hospital setting to help me decide what field I would like to be in the medical profession.
