Personal Statement

Hi! My name is Callie Darress.  I am a class of 2015 student-athlete at North Buncombe High School in Weaverville, NC.  I play primarily Outside, however, can play Right Side and Defensive Specialist.  I have 6 years of club volleyball experience and this season will be playing for Kathi Hindman on Upward Star's 18 Power team.  I am passionate about volleyball and consider myself to be a student of the game.

My other passion off the court is photography and art.  I have received recognition for my work through the Buncombe County School system as well as through the Asheville Art Museum.  My Facebook page, www.facebook.com/calliepaigephotography, contains a sampling of my work.
