Jada Key '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jada Key, I am a 5'11" middle blocker from Omaha, NE and I have been playing volleyball since I was in the 7th grade.  I'm currently a junior attending Millard West High School .  I was on Millard West's Varsity volleyball team and currently on 17 Black at my club, Premier Nebraska Volleyball. 

I may be new to the sport but I am learning and becoming even more passionate for the sport every time I set foot on the court.  I have good vision and when I connect with my setter I can put the ball down before the 10 foot line without being touched.  I absolutely love being at the net!  Blocking and touching balls really gets my adrenaline going.  I can't help but go crazy for every touch I get whether the ball goes straight down or I slow it down for my back row.

While my passion is volleyball I am also on the Varsity track team at Millard West.  I run the 100 m , 200 m, 4x1 Relay,  and high jump.  Even though sports are my passion I take my education just as serious.  I have a 4.0  GPA and I am also involved in my school and community thru volunteering when I can.

My dream is to play volleyball in college while earning a great education.  I know my natural athleticism, dedication and integrity would be an asset to any team.
