Personal Statement

My name is Caroline Yessman, and I am a 5'10" Outside Hitter for the class of 2016 from Scotch Plains,NJ. I have played volleyball for 3 years, and I love it more every year. When I step into the gym, I am not only trying to make myself better but also my team. I have played on the Varsity team as a starter for both my Sophomore and Junior year. The 2014 club season I played on Central Jersey Heat Volleyball 18 National team. This season I am playing for Sureshots Volleyball Club. I am on their 17U team. I give my full effort, both on the court and academically. I am looking for a college which will give me the opportunity to pursue my dreams while allowing me to continue to play the sport I love.

  • This year’s event will be held Jan 18th, 19th and 20th 2014 in Lancaster and York, PA. We have several new venues including the new Lancaster County Convention Center which will host the Gold Finals on Monday for all ages. We are expanding to 450+ teams, dividing the age brackets and offering Open and Club divisions for ages 14 – 18. The 13’s will remain a two-day-only event. We will have a stage presentation Awards Ceremony on Monday at the Convention Center.
