As I start to plan for college, I have found myself with a great interest in three fields; Business Marketing, Law and Journalism. I plan on focusing on one or two of these fields during my college experience and eventually making them my career. During my sophomore and junior years of high school, I took electives and joined clubs that involved these fields to get basic knowledge and experience. I plan to continue studying these fields throughout my senior year at Massapequa High School.
As a volleyball player, I have many traits that could benefit a collegiate team. I have a very positive attitude, even in the toughest situations. I use this to motivate my teammates and keep us mentally and physically in the game. Being part of a team, I make group goals a priority. I truly believe in playing for the team and not for yourself. I am also ready to step up and be a leader. I am vocal on and off the court which is a key in the game of volleyball.
I feel that I stand out from other candidates because I am very involved in my school and community. I also have a very outgoing and enthusiastic personality that shows in every activity that I do. I am in AP and Accelerated classes, causing me to challenge myself academically. I feel the most important trait I have is my ability to work with others, to achieve a goal.
