Allison Puccio ‘17 Recruiting Profile

Personal Statement

My name is Allison Puccio. I am a Junior at New Hartford High School where I am an outside/ middle side hitter and setter. I am originally from Rochester, New York where I played at Rush Henrietta High School for 3 years. I got moved up to varsity the end if my Eighth grade year to set for Sectionals. I then played one full season as the Varsity setter in Ninth grade. That year, I played for the Volley FX 15 team where I was a middle hitter. Then the summer of my Tenth grade year my Dad got the assistant football coaching job at Hamilton College. We moved to New Hartford where I started as the right side/ setter for their varsity team. I then played for a club called SVA where I was an outside hitter for their 18U team. I also played for Sue Medley and Steve Pike on the International IREVA High Performance USA Volleyball team. I traveled to Iowa this past summer to compete in the High Performance tournament. I also did the Colgate University Elite Volleyball camp this summer with Ryan Baker. This 2015 season I am the starting Outside/Setter for the Varsity team.  Also this season I am the captain of my school team.
