Goals and Aspirations

I aspire to be a great nurse one day. It has always been a passion of mine to help people in any way possible. As a nurse I can help people medically but also personally. Patients attach to their nurses and ask them for advice in their life and in the medical field. I believe I can be very useful in this field.

What makes me a good candidate for your team?

I work very hard on and off the court. Days I don't have practice I work to get better by working out or practicing the skills. On the court I am a team player and work hard to get the team to come together. I remain calm in tough situations and always work toward finding a way to solve them. My passion for the game shows during a game and in practice. I hustle, work hard to get to every second ball and am not afraid to ask for help. I push myself and teammates to be the best players and people that they can be.

What makes me different from other recruits?

I have a lot of heart and passion toward the game. I also have this passion in school I work just as hard in school to achieve good grades. I am never afraid to make a mistake and if I do I make sure to learn from them so I don't make them again. I work hard to balance my life between school, work, volleyball and friends. As a setter I work toward running a smart offense depending on the team on the other side. I treat my teammates as if they are my family and I have the greatest respect for my coaches.
