Alyssa Ayala '15 Recruiting Profile

I am a setter/defensive specialist from Wantagh, New York.  My passion for volleyball has given me an incredible determination to succeed and to be the best that I can be.  I have been playing  volleyball since I was nine years old and have been trained and set on teams for the past six years.  I currently play for LIVBC 17 Blue National as a setter and have been playing club volleyball for four years.  I have been captain on club and school teams.  Coaches know me to always give 110%, embrace high pressure situations and to be a leader on the court as well as a team player.  Volleyball has taught me to accept challenges and follow through on my dreams and goals.  My goals are to play volleyball on a collegiate level as well as pursue a degree in marketing.  Through dedication and hard work I believe I can achieve these goals.
