Hello coaches! My name is Maddie Pletcher. I believe I am a perfect fit for your team. I am always ready to play to give my team and coaches one hundred percent. I am driven to improve every day.
My love for the game began in fifth grade. I started to play club ball in sixth grade as a setter; and have grown extensively in the tactical and technical aspects of the position. I truly love the challenges setting provides me.
I am coachable.
I am disciplined.
I am respectful.
I am competitive.
It is my dream to play collegiate volleyball.
In addition, I manage my time well. I practice and condition weekly and balance a full curriculum in school maintaining a high GPA.
My future goal is to major in business management. I have aspirations to open my own business and possibly my own volleyball club. I want to teach and spread the love of volleyball to future generations. I enjoy working with people. Furthermore, I plan to pursue my love of volleyball and hopefully play at the collegiate level. I intend to find an amazing college atmosphere that will allow me to excel academically and athletically.
