Ramya Wilson '20 Recruiting Profile

    I am fired up to play volleyball on a collegiate level. In the same fashion, I have the same determination in the classroom. I am a person who is willing to always work for what I have and give 100 percent effort. I aspire to major in engineering or something in healthcare depending on the school. One of my goals is to take my positive attitude and implement it to life beyond high school.

    I am a great candidate for playing on the collegiate level because I have the quality of being coachable. I am willing to learn and take the advice that will take my playing to a higher level. To me success is more than winning, it is building connections for a lifetime. I have great connections with my coaches because I am willing to take their criticism and advice. As a player, accountability and reliability are very important.  My teammates are able to depend on me, just as I depend on them. When I step on the court I know that I have to play not only for myself but for my teammates and everyone around me.
