I have been playing volleyball since I was ten years old. I have grown nine inches in the last three years. As a result, my position and skill set has transitioned from defensive specialist and setter to outside hitter and opposite. I have excelled in the power facets of the game and developed a strong desire to play at the collegiate level during this period of change. I am interested in indoor and outdoor volleyball. I know that playing in college is a privilege and an honor and I would love to have an opportunity to represent a strong program both as a player and a student.
I am an agile player that excels at court coverage and awareness with a high volleyball IQ. I have been the team captain on many of my club and school teams and try to lead by example while also encouraging my teammates. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players and one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find.
In the classroom, I am in the top 5% of my class. My education is essential to me as such I am looking for a great school and a strong volleyball program. I will push myself on the court as well as the classroom hoping to prepare myself for the future. I am a member of the national honor society and get great joy in assisting my club and school teams younger age groups.
